How long is the CCPL certificate valid?
ISO certificates issued by CCPL are valid for three years, subject to annual surveillance audits in years one and two, and a full recertification audit at the end of the three-year cycle.

What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits?
Stage 1 is a documentation review conducted off-site (or remotely) to assess your readiness for Stage 2. Stage 2 is the main on-site assessment where auditors verify the effective implementation of your management system in practice.
What are surveillance audits and when are they conducted?
Surveillance audits are annual follow-up assessments conducted in years 1 and 2 of the certificate cycle. They verify that your organisation continues to maintain and improve its management system in accordance with the relevant ISO standard.

All certificates issued by CCPL are registered in our publicly accessible certificate directory. You can verify the validity, scope, and status of any certificate using the "Check Certificate" feature on our website.
What happens if our organisation wishes to expand the certification scope?
Scope extensions are possible during the certification cycle. CCPL will review the proposed changes, assign the appropriate audit resources, and conduct an additional audit or review as required before updating the certificate.
Can we appeal a certification decision we disagree with?
Yes. CCPL has a formal appeals process in place. Any organisation that disagrees with a certification decision may submit a written appeal within the prescribed timeframe. All appeals are reviewed impartially and independently.
Does CCPL provide consulting services alongside certification?
No. To maintain impartiality, CCPL does not offer consulting or advisory services to organisations it certifies. We recommend using independent management system consultants for pre-audit preparation.
